UAE steel production over 2.7 million tons in 2020

[Fellow]According to the Declaration, on February 21, the World Iron and Steel Association data show that in 2020, the UAE crude steel production reached 2.722 million tons.
According to the Declaration, on February 21, the World Iron and Steel Association data show that in 2020, the UAE crude steel production reached 2.722 million tons. And 2019 UAE crude steel production was 3.3 million tons.  
In December 2020, the global crude steel production reached 160.9 million tons, an increase of 5.8% over the same period last year. The UAE crude steel production reached 280,000 tons, compared with December 2019, 297,000 tons fell from a year earlier. China, the world’s largest producer and consumer of metals, produced 91.25 million tons of crude steel in December, up 7.7% from a year earlier.
