[Ferro-Alloys.com] MOIL Ltd revises prices of Manganese Ore from June 1, 2026

In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and

Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that in line with the business practice of

fixing/revising prices of Manganese Ore and other products, the Company has fixed/revised prices of

different grades of Manganese Ore and other products, effective from 01.06.2026 as under.

1. The prices of all Ferro grades of manganese ore with Manganese content of Mn- 44% and above

have been decreased by 6% on the prices prevailing since 01.05.2026 w.e.f. midnight of

31.05.2026/01.06.2026 for the month of June, 2026.

2. The prices of all other Ferro grades of manganese ore with Manganese content below Mn-44%,

Chemical grades, SMGR grades and Fines have been decreased by 5% on the prices prevailing

since 01.05.2026 w.e.f. midnight of 31.05.2026/01.06.2026 for the month of June, 2026.

3. The prices of certain ore codes of Fines namely BGF534, KDF393 and UKF532 have been

continued for the month of June, 2026 and in case of Ferro grade namely BG4584, price have

been decreased by 10% on the prices prevailing since 01.05.2026 w.e.f. midnight of

31.05.2026/01.06.2026 for the month of June, 2026.

4. The basic price of EMD of Rs.1,80,000/- PMT has been continued for the month of June,2026

and the basic price of EMD flakes is Rs.1,71,000/- for the month of June, 2026.
