[Ferro-Alloys.com] Completion of Sale Of OMH (Mauritius) Corp’s 26% Interest in Ntsimbintle Mining Proprietary Ltd

OM Holdings Limited (ASX:OMH | BURSA:OMH-5298) (“OMH”) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the sale of OMH (Mauritius) Corp’s 26% interest in Ntsimbintle Mining Proprietary Limited ("NMPL") to Exxaro Resources Limited for a final gross total cash consideration of ZAR 1.95 billion (approximately US$120 million).

The transaction, first announced on 13 May 2025, became unconditional on 29 January 2026 following the satisfaction of all suspensive conditions, and was successfully completed on 27 February 2026. OMH (Mauritius) Corp has received the sale proceeds in accordance with the Sale and Purchase Agreement, marking OMH's exit from its effective 13% interest in the Tshipi Borwa Mine located in South Africa's Kalahari Manganese Field. OMH looks forward to working with Exxaro in the continued marketing of Tshipi manganese ore.
