Australian Vanadium Ltd's (ASX:AVL) Vincent Algar speaks to Proactive's Andrew Scott following the news they've renewed its board structure with the appointment of a highly-regarded and experienced industry professional Cliff Lawrenson as non-executive director and non-executive chairman-elect.
