In the manganese triangle area, mainstream ex-work price of manganese flake stayed at RMB 12800-13000/mt (USD2065-2097/mt). There were few quotations above RMB 13000/mt and market became more rational.

Downstream 200 stainless steel market was stable. Raw material cost was still high, especially manganese ore and sulfuric acid. Therefore, there was still little profit for EMM manufacturers. It was predicted that market price would be firm in the short term.
