[Ferro-Alloys.com]It was acknowledged that the high carbon ferrochrome operating rate totally declined in Chinese main producing areas, like Shanxi, Sichuan, Guizhou and Huann Province. The main reason was the decreasing sales price and the firm raw materials price as well as the thigh fund. Even though Sichuan areas had entered the rainy season, many of them still could not bear the high cost. According to the market source, one of large manufacture with annual capacity of 10thousand tons in this area planned to convert other products. the hard situation of the enterprises could be seen.
