[Ferro-Alloys.com]Baosteel's quotation for high carbon ferrochrome for November is ￥6,400/mt, which is the same as October's, as well as the purchasing volume. The new price eased the downtrend of the ferrochrome in China. The new price is affected by the dry season of Southern China and plants closure in Inner Mongolia.
