Cored wire technology is a secondary refining method based on jet metallurgy technology in 1980s. Cored wire is suitable for steelmaking and casting. In steelmaking, it can purify form of inclusion in steel, improve castability of molten steel and usability of steel, increase yield of alloy, reduce consumption of alloy greatly and reduce cost of steelmaking. Remarkable economic benefit is significant.
