Quotation price for CaSi remained flat, strip steel down by a little. Thus, major kinds of cored wires varied in cost.

Hebi Haideli Metal Products Co Ltd is a big metal calcium maker in the field. Its products include calcium silk, calcium granule, calcium powder and cored wires.

Monthly outputs for calcium silk and calcium granule is 300 tons and 200 tons, down by 1/4 and 1/3 respectively compared with August.

Speak of recent metal calcium price change, Manager in charge of export business from haideli attributed it to less supply resulted from company shut down, overhaul or output cut in the industry.

It is predicted that the price rise won’t last long since both domestic and oversea market show no sign of improvement and many companies can resume production quickly.
