[Ferro-Alloys.com]It is reported that China totally exported 9001.229 tons of high carbon ferromanganese in 2014 according to data provided by Chinese Custom Statistics, up73.28% y-o-y. Meanwhile, the total exports value for high carbon ferromanganese also expanded by 47.28% to 8,565,756 dollars from 5,815,592 dollars. Despite adding exports, the average export value per ton dropped to USD951.62/mt from USD1119.557/mt (FOB, China).

In December of 2014, China totaled exported 465.8 tons of high carbon ferromanganese from 324.719 tons for the same period of 2013. As for export destination, China only exported high carbon ferromanganese to three countries in December, to Vietnam 411.532 tons, to Peru 48.268 tons and to Mongolia 6 tons. In terms of the whole year of 2014, Taiwan province of China served as the main destination with 2,241.403 tons，Vietnam Placed the second important high carbon ferromanganese importer with 1629.216 tons, and North Korea with 1,489 tons. In terms of imports, China totally imported 21,431.554 tons of high carbon ferromanganese in 2014. Among of this, South Africa became as the siginificant importer with 8655.520 tons, and 6898.995 for Australia as well as 3820.344 for Zambia and1,184 tons for South Korea, and the rest contries less than thousand tons.
