As more EMM capacity was released recently, spot supply was abundant, but downstream demand was still weak. Therefore, oversupply was more severe.

Many EMM manufacturers were forced to lower offers under inventory pressure. Many enterprises were in loss at present and EMM market might be stable supported by rigid cost.
