[Ferro-Alloys.com] It seems that Chinese imported manganese ore spot market remained poor situation affected by downtrend of manganese alloys.

In recent period, Australian Mn46 lumps are currently focused on RMB34-35/mtu andRMB33-34/mtu for Mn48 sand ore. South African Mn38 lumps are pricing at RMB29,5-30/mtu while RMB32.5-33.5/mtu for Mn32%Fe20%. Gabonese Mn 45-46 lumps are now lingered about RMB31.5-32/mtu while RMB30-31/mtu for Brazilian Mn 44-45 lumps and RMB29-29.5/mt for sand ore.

As for stockpiles at ports in China, there are still more or less three handurd tons of manganese ore. Among of this, 1.86 million tons ore inventories at Tianjin port while 150 thousand tons at Lianyun Port. At Qinzhou, stockpiles for ore totaled 880 thousand tons.

In general, ongoing underperformed situation for alloys aggravats ore sale pressure.
