[Ferro-Alloys.com] It was acknowledged that in the first half month of Sept., the chromium metal price in both Europe and China stayed stable with offers at USD9000-9500/mt and RMB58000-62000/mt respectively. There were just two large manufactures of chromium metal in China. However, one of the enterprises’ production was still not recovered by middle of Sept., which had already last for several months. In addition, the enterprises enlarged the export proportion recently for the sound market in Europe. In Chinese market, the spot supply was still tight, however, as the price might be a little hard to go up once again in short term for the weaker demand.
