Vanadium Zone identified by Aura Energy at Häggån project

A new high-grade zone of vanadium near to the surface at its solely owned Häggån battery metal projects has been acknowledged by Aura Energy in Sweden. After having a modelling study on orebody, the company identified the zone, meanwhile they also escorted the evaluation of new resource. The comprehensive resource of vanadium pentoxide (V2O3) is accounted now to be 15.1 billion pounds. The potential for higher grade vanadium zones in the Häggån deposit is to be assessed for which the orebody modelling was designed, according to the company. According to the Executive Chairman Peter Reeve of Aura Energy said that the newly defined zone offers a substantial boost of this battery metal projects economics and that the recently defined high-grade zone offers an outstanding location to begin an open pit, which will upshot in the erratic event of mining the finest ore grades. A high grade Vanadium zone at 0.42% V2O5   at 90 million tonnes is explained by the modelling. The Häggån deposit holds significant levels of zinc, molybdenum, nickel and other metals of battery, along with the vanadium. The main-stream of mineralization within the zone starts at 20m below surface and encompasses to a depth of 100 m with a total of 49 million tonnes. The high grade zone enlarges in both north-south and east-west directions around 1km noted by the company.
