[Ferro-Alloys.com]Chinese FeV price kept steady, as steel mills increased tenders. After CITIC issued its V alloy bids, other steel mills successively entered the market and bought FeV, which brought about demand uptick. Reportedly, the transaction price of FeV stood at RMB78,000/mt (USD12,786/mt, export duty excluded) by acceptance.

Chinese FeV was offered at RMB78,000-79,000/mt (USD12,786-12,950/mt, export duty excluded) by acceptance. Vanadium pent oxide cost increase led to the fact that FeV suppliers were unwilling to sell low-priced materials and expected price to recover. However, the real demand was limited, transaction price didn’t increase much.

It is expected that Chinese FeV price would keep steady. Steel mills had fund difficulty, its tender would guide future price trend.
