The growth of China's raw coal production slowed down in August, data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) showed.

Production of raw coal was 316.02 million tons, up by 5% vs. the same period in 2018.

Production of coke was 40 million tons, up by 4.6% vs. the same period in 2018.
