[Ferro-Alloys.com]Indian steelmaker Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL) announced to raise the prices for all it steel products by INR500/ton for January as the firm forecasted that the steel market would recover this year.
It’s known that RINL’s sales volumes increased by 13% month on month in December in spite of weak steel market.
RINL expected that the steel prices would rebound in global and Indian domestic market, driven by rising prices of scrap and iron ore.
