Germany’s Iron Ore Import Prices Rise by 3.3% m-o-m in August

[Ferro-Alloys.com] In August, Germany’s imports prices of iron ore were rose by 3.3% month on month while decreasing by 20.3% year on year, according to statistics released by the German Federal Statistical office (Destatis).

Meanwhile, the country’s August import prices of nickel dropped by 16.6% year on year awhile rising by 4.6% from July.

In addition, Germany’s average import prices of iron and steel and ferroalloy in August declined by 7.4% year on year while up by 1.3% from a month ago.
