  Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Natural Resources jointly issued the "Green Technology Promotion Catalogue (2020)", and the "multi- pollutant ultra-low emission control coupling technology for key processes of iron and steel industry" declared by HBIS Group Co., Ltd. was selected. 

  The successful selection of this technology plays an important role in promoting green manufacturing technology and providing technical support for the green development of iron and steel industry.

  "Green Technology Promotion Catalogue (2020)" covers five categories of energy conservation and environmental protection industry: clean production industry, clean energy industry, ecological environment industry and green upgrading of infrastructure, with a total of 116 green production technologies.

  It provides technical support for China to promote the comprehensive green transformation of social and economic development, win the battle of pollution prevention and control, and achieve the goals of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutralization".

  HBIS Group Co., Ltd. has always adhered to the concept of "ecological priority and green development", implemented a series of key energy conservation and emission reduction and pollutant treatment projects, built a green mode with both economic and social benefits.

  According to the characteristics of sintering air box flue gas, part of the flue gas is recycled to the surface of sintering trolley for hot air sintering to reduce the emission of pollutants from the source; the remaining flue gas pollutants are removed by the end counter current activated carbon process to reach the ultra-low emission standard. The by-product of desulfurization is used to prepare sulfuric acid.

  The technology deeply integrates two key technologies of process energy saving and pollutant emission reduction, which can realize ultra-low emission of conventional pollutants and dioxins in flue gas, reduce flue gas volume and CO emission by more than 20%, greatly reduce the operation cost of follow-up environmental protection equipment; at the same time, it can reduce sintering solid fuel consumption by 6.3% - 10.8%, and the comprehensive treatment cost of pollutants is only 12-15 ¥/ T, ranking the leading level in the industry.
