Currently, price of titanium concentrate 45% in Chengde District is at 1,150-1,200 RMB/ton (ex-working price excluding VAT). Titanium Dioxide market is entering into consumption off-season and Chinese titanium dioxide market shows cold; in order to ensure turnover of capital, Chinese small and medium size titanium dioxide enterprises can only choose to sell at a lower price; because later-market sees bearish, quantity of offers at a lower price of enterprises will increase; but drop of prices Titanium Dioxide of small and medium size enterprises does not affect prices of most large-type producers and differentiated situation in the market is very obvious. Because both prices of Titanium Dioxide and titanium concentrate have a certain drop, willing of purchase of acid-soluble titanium slag has decreased and the emotion of demanding a lower price is stronger, the new-order price of acid-soluble titanium slag has a certain drop basically.
