Baosteel and HZsteel Restructuring Ningbosteel

Recently, Baosteel and Hangzhousteel have signed contract to restructure Ningbosteel, of which registered capital is RMB3.6b. Baosteel would hold 56.15% shares with investment of RMB2b and become the biggest shareholder. It is the first restructure case among steel plants since China’s government released industry stimulus plan.
