[Ferro-alloys.com] Selenium dioxide (SeO2) is one of the major raw materials of EMM. As its major material rude selenium was in shortage earlier this year, production of SeO2 was affected since September. Mainstream ex-work price of 98% SeO2 rose to RMB 275-280/kg (USD44-45/kg) for a period. According to the investigation of www.ferro-alloys.com, SeO2 market went down rationally recently. Ex-work price of 98% SeO2 decreased to RMB 255-265/kg at present. The main use of selenium dioxide was still in EMM industry at present.
