[Fellow]Actual Capacity of Polycrystalline Silicon Reaches 22 Thousand Tons in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China

[Ferro-alloys.com] According to statistics, actual capacity of polycrystalline silicon has reached 22 thousand tons in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China, making it the top cluster of monocrystalline silicon solar energy equipment nationwide. Photovoltaic industry is the China’s strategically emerging industry with global competitiveness and Inner Mongolia’s photovoltaic industry enjoys apparent industrial base.

In 2014 the establishment of five photovoltaic industrial parks become great focus in Inner Mongolia, which includes Shaerqin Photovoltaic Industrial Park of Hohhot Jinqiao Economic &Technological Development, Tumd Right Banner Photovoltaic Industrial Park of Baotou, Ejin Horo Banner Photovoltaic Industrial Park of Ordos, Urad Rear Banner Photovoltaic Industrial Park of Bayannur and Alashan Economic Development Zone Photovoltaic Industrial Park. There are 100 thousand tons of polycrystalline silicon under construction or planned construction in Inner Mongolia, initially forming an industrial chain of silicon wafers (with polycrystalline silicon materials as focus), solar cells and modules of solar cells.
