INFACONXII IN HELSINKI, FINLAND

The 12th International Ferroalloys Congress (INFACON XII) was held in Helsinki, Finland on June 6-9, 2010. Over 400 delegates attended the congress, and about 75 experts have been making speeches during these 3 days.
 
The INFACON is only focus on technical communications, but without any commercial talking. Though China has been the biggest producers and consumers of ferroalloys all over the world, and hopes to introduce the congress to China, it is hard job to arrange such kind of technical congress currently.

According to latest reports from the congress venue, China failed in the bid of holding the next congress and Kazakhstan finally won. The INFACON XIII will be held in Kazakhstan in 2013.
