Details:

· According to carbon content, ferroboron (boron content: 5-25%) can be divided into low carbon (C≤0.05% ~ 0.1%,9% ~ 25%B) and medium carbon (C≤2.5%,4% ~ 19%B). Ferroboron is a strong deoxidizer and boron addition agent in steelmaking. The greatest role of boron in steel is that only a very small amount of it can significantly improve the hardenability and replace a large number of alloying elements. In addition, it can also improve mechanical properties, cold deformation properties, welding properties and high temperature properties.

Permanent magnet materials have a wide range of applications, including electricity, home appliances, communication, aviation, aerospace, navigation and even military industry. In the fields of new energy and energy conservation and environmental protection, wind power generation is one of the main application fields of high-performance neodymium ferroboron permanent magnet materials in China. Neodymium ferroboron permanent magnet materials, due to their advantages such as high magnetic energy product and high coercivity, are in line with the development trend of miniaturization, lightweight and thinness in consumer electronics. They are widely used in many consumer electronics components such as mobile phone speakers and receivers. Permanent magnet motors have the characteristics of simple structure, small size, high reliability, low losses, high efficiency and are widely used in various fields such as industrial and agricultural production, aerospace, automobiles, home appliances, medical equipment, electronic products and so on.

·Low aluminum ferroboron (AL≤0.05) and ultra-low aluminum ferroboron (AL≤0.025%) are the main raw materials for producing amorphous soft magnetic materials. Amorphous strips have replaced silicon steel sheets as the main raw material for transformer production.
