According to data of Trade Statistics of Japan, in September 2021, Japan imported 1035.3 tons of ferrosilicon (containing by weight ≤ 55% of silicon), up 47.10% vs. last month, an increase of 127.38% over the same period last year. Among them, 437 tons were imported from China, accounting for 42.21%; 249 tons were imported from Russia, accounting for 24.05%.
