Ferro-alloys.com:Pensana Metals announced on January 22, 2021 that it will no longer be listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) from February 24.
It is reported that Pensana Rare Earth Company has become a dual-listed company on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) in July 2020. But the company's investors have left ASX one after another to join LSE. European investors are very optimistic about Pensana Rare Earth's Longonjo rare earth project in Angola and plan to build a rare earth processing plant in the UK. Therefore, the company voluntarily withdrew from ASX in order to reduce the company's operating costs.
Pensana Rare Earths plans to become one of the major suppliers of materials for electric vehicles and wind equipment within the next ten years. The Long Gongruo project can deliver 60,000 tons of rare earth concentrate per year within 9 years.
