Yesterday, the LME nickle price was 14065USD/T by the end of trading.In the morning, as the anxious emotion released, the prices of future nickle in major contracts stopped declining and went up a little. Compared to Wuxi 1807 contract,the premium of Russian nickle was 100RMB/T, the premium of Jinchuan nickle was 500RMB/T. Today, Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickle (big board) at 112500RMB/T. It was the same as the price yesterday.

Although environmental protection inspection ended, the plants that halted their productions needed a period of time to resume their productions. The supply of ferronickle was restricted. Parts of stainless steel plants delayed restoring their productions, so the demand for ferronickle was limited. Only few deals had been made in the market. The ferronickle prices kept steady. Today, high grade ferronickle was quoted at 1080-1100RMB/Nickle, and low grade ferronickle was quoted at 3400-3450RMB/T.
