Austria suspects Bollwerk AG and Steuermann GmbH, controlled by the people’s deputy Nikolay Martynenko, of reselling uranium and titanium at high prices abroad, to Russia in particular. According to mass media, the United Mining and Chemical Company is also suspected of selling titanium to Russia-based VSMPO-Avisma, a part of the major weapon manufacturer Rostech. Investigations against Martynenko have been started in Switzerland, Austria and Czech Republic. He is being accused of bribery and money laundering. (Ukrainian metal)
