[Ferro-alloys.com] According to the statistics of Japan Customs, Japan’s ferroalloy export volume was 20,278 mt in Jan, 2015, down by 17% M-O-M and down by 18.7% Y-O-Y. The exported materials were mainly ferronickel with export volume at 19202 mt in Jan 2015

Japan’s ferroalloy import volume was 144978 mt in Jan, 2015, down by 16.4% M-o-M and up by 9.8% Y-O-Y. The imported materials were mainly ferrochrome, ferrosilicon, and silicon manganese with imported volumes at 60211 mt，38591mt and28228 mt.

The net import volume of ferroalloy in Jan 2015 was 124,700 mt.
