Karbonn has launched the Titanium S5 Ultra budget smartphone, priced at Rs. 6,999. The new Titanium series smartphone is exclusively available on e-commerce site, eBay.

The Karbonn Titanium S5 Ultra is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) smartphone which runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. It comes with a 5-inch (540x960 pixels) qHD IPS display.

The smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (unspecified chipset) processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. It comes with 4GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). It sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while there is a secondary 2-megapixel front-facing camera also onboard.

On the connectivity front, the Titanium S5 Ultra offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options. The smartphone packs a 2000mAh battery with no word on talk time and standby time. The smartphone is currently available on eBay in Black colour variant.

Karbonn, taking a big leap forward, launched its first Google-partnered Android One smartphone in India called Karbonn Sparkle V priced at Rs. 6,399.

Specifications of the Karbonn Sparkle V include a 4.5-inch (480x854 pixels) IPS FWVGA display; a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor; 1GB of RAM, 4GB of inbuilt storage; expandable storage support via microSD card (up to 32GB); a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash; a 2-megapixel front camera; Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, and a 1700mAh battery.

Another Titanium series smartphone, the Titanium S10, went on sale at a discounted price of Rs. 7,990 (with a listed MRP of Rs. 8,490).
