Posco to add magnesium refinery, stake in Indonesian miner

Posco is eyeing a 10,000 tpy magnesium refinery project in South Korea and has bought a controlling stake in an Indonesian miner as it continues to integrate backwards. Posco signed a memorandum of understanding last Friday with the provincial government of Gangwon-do, to start the construction on the refinery in 2010.
