11月28日，一批进口锰矿在天津港物流发展有限公司公用型保税仓库卸货，标志着天津口岸首家矿产品保税仓库正式启用。这批进口锰矿货值4290余万元，通过进入保税库存储，企业可暂缓缴纳税款600余万元。

From January to October 2023, China imported 14,529,600 tons of chrome ore, a year-on-year increase of 15.76%. Among them, the chrome ore imported from South Africa was 11,678,700 tons, a year-on-year increase of 1,501,800 tons, or 14.76%.
