Ferro-alloys.com：According to Peru's National Bureau of Statistics, the sales of steel bars in Peru in November 2020 increased by 41.3% year-on-year to 1,654.44 million tons, the highest level reported so far this year. Peruvian rebar sales in November 2020 also increased 8.1% year-on-year, while sales in October 2020 were 152,959 tons.

As of January to November 2020, Peruvian rebar sales reached 1.07 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 14.1%. The institute stated that the year-on-year decline in sales was mainly due to the impact of the new coronavirus pneumonia on sales from March to June 2020.
