Japan’s iron ore imports decline in January

According to Japan's Ministry of Finance statistics showed in January this year, Japan imported 10.384 million tons of iron ore, down by 5.9% year on year to 1.006 million tons. The average import prices are at ¥7,010/ton, down sharply by 65.6% to ¥3,679 /ton.
