Ferro-alloys.com provides Marketplace in order to enable users to get more information , based on which users can announce information of their supply&demand and negotiate on-line. It's our pleasure to see that Ferro-alloys.com brings more chances of business to our subscribers.

Manual of Marketplace and My Parlor is presented here.

•  Information of supply and demand

1. Post your information

Subscriber, after login, can use Post your Information in My Parlor to announce your supply&demand information.

First, users need to select which language platform they want to post their information.

Second, users need to select the type of info, supply or demand.

Third, fulfill all information of your products according to the form.

Last, after pushing the button Refer, your piece of information would be released on the Marketplace, which can be browsed by all members.

2. Maintain your information

The system offers searching on type of supply or demand, date of issue and product name toward information issued.

After inputting searching conditions and clicking on Search, the system will display result of search in a list.

There offer operations of Delete and Modify at the right side of the list. Delete is for erasing confirmed useless info. You can enter info modification web page by clicking Modify and input new info which will be saved by clicking OK.

Attention: Delete can’t be reverted. Please be cautious to operate.

• Inquiry

Information on supply&demand is available in the Marketplace. The system lists supplies and demands separately in order to enable them to be viewed conveniently. 

Aiming at supplying info, product's details may be browsed by clicking on its name in the line of Product.

You may enter inquiry-inputting page by clicking on Want to Inquiry at the bottom.

Click on Refer after inputting inquiry info, which will be referred to inquiry object by the system.

Meanwhile a new record can be searched in your My Quote&Inquiry.

Current inquiry form status may be checked by clicking on Business Log. Every quote and inquiry may all be checked in this way to enable users to track down the progress of their business.

• Offer

1. Issue an offer
Aiming at demanding info in the Marketplace, users can, as inquiring, create a quotation to the issuer, furthermore, organize a negotiation.

2. Respond to inquiry

If other members inquire to you, there will be an corresponding record in your Offer under My Trade, which need to be quoted. Clicking on Quote will lead you to a Want to Quote page where you can input quotation information. Quotation response is finished by clicking on ReferQuote. 

• Negotiation

Just as realistic business situations, inquiries and quotations are multi-round process. The business needed to be dealt with will be listed in Offer Negotiation under My Trade.

Users negotiate ongoing business through clicking Deal and inputting negotiation info as follows. 　

Clicking on Agree means agreeing counterpart's quotation or counteroffer. The two parties end this round of negotiation by reaching an agreement.

Clicking on Negotiation means that further conditions still need to be discussed. Fill in you new opinion and pass it on to your counterpart.

Clicking on Disagree, which will bring the negotiation to an end, means that your counterpart's conditions can't be accepted.

• Searching of business records

The function My Quote&Inquiry under My Trade facilitates users to search historic or current business situation at any time. 

After inputting search conditions and clicking on Search, the system will list suited records as follows. The history of business can be checked by clicking on Business Log.
